JTC Vancouver to Kamloops

Travel from the coastal city of Vancouver to Kamloops, in the heart of British Columbia's interior. From the farmlands of the Fraser Valley to the steep canyons and desert landscape of British Columbia's interior, the landscape transformation is spectacular. Highlights include Hell's Gate, the historic Cisco Crossing railroad bridges, and stunning and vast Kamloops Lake. Spend the evening exploring the city of Kamloops or relaxing in your hotel room. Breakfast, lunch, beverages, and snacks are included onboard. Upon arrival at the Kamloops train siding, you will be transferred by motorcoach to your overnight accommodation. Please be advised that station transfers will take between 30 - 45 minutes after arrival.

Enjoy your evening at your leisure. Details of your accommodation in Kamloops or the surrounding area, including Sun Peaks Resort, will be provided at the time of check-in. You will stay in moderate three-star accommodation with essential amenities and great service. While these accommodations are clean and comfortable, they may not be as luxurious as those in other destinations on your journey.

JTC Kamloops to Jasper

Board the Rocky Mountaineer train at the Kamloops Station to continue your journey east to the Canadian Rockies. Travel alongside the North Thompson River through the Monashee and Caribou Mountains, climbing over the Continental Divide. Highlights include Mount Robson, the highest peak in the Canadian Rockies, Pyramid Falls, and the crystal-clear Moose Lake.Breakfast, lunch, beverages, and snacks are included onboard. Estimated departure time: 8:15 AM PTEstimated arrival time: 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM MT Please be aware that rail travel can be subject to unforeseen delays. If your package does not already include accommodation at the end of your journey, please do not arrange connecting transportation such as flights, on this day.

Coach Transfer JTC Jasper Train to Jasper Hotel

Upon arrival at the Rocky Mountaineer Jasper Train Station, you will be transferred by motorcoach to the drop-off location selected at the time of booking.

Situated in Alberta's magnificent Jasper National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the iconic Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge is a 700-acre year-round luxury mountain resort which wraps around the shores of pristine Lac Beauvert. The resort's charming village of cedar chalets and cabins, all connected by picturesque paths, offer guests unique access to explore the natural environment surrounding the resort.Lakefront Suites are the premier accommodations at Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge. All of these suites are adjacent to the 18th fairway of the golf course and are located on the stunning shores of the lake. These rooms feature a spacious bedroom, parlour and either a walk out terrace or balcony. Guests have access to a variety of included activities and services, such as fitness & experience classes as well as a complimentary summer shuttle to Jasper Townsite. Your room will have one king bed and one sofa bed, or two double beds and one sofa bed. Please note: Not all hotels throughout the Canadian Rockies, in Banff, Jasper, and Lake Louise have air conditioning in their guestrooms.
