Day 1 – Arrive Jackson Hole

Welcome to Wyoming and the heart of the Old West. Arrive in Jackson Hole, surrounded by dramatic mountain scenery. Spend time exploring the charming town square with its iconic elk‑antler arches, western boutiques, and art galleries. Meet your Trafalgar Travel Director this evening and get ready for the adventure ahead.

Day 2 – Grand Teton National Park

Wake up to breathtaking landscapes as you explore Grand Teton National Park, known for its jagged peaks, crystal‑clear lakes, and abundant wildlife. Enjoy scenic drives and photo stops showcasing the towering Teton Range reflected in alpine waters. Keep watch for elk, moose, and bald eagles throughout the day.

Day 3 – Yellowstone National Park

Today is devoted to the wonders of Yellowstone National Park, America’s first national park. Discover bubbling geysers, colorful hot springs, and vast valleys roaming with bison and other wildlife. Highlights include famous geothermal features and dramatic natural scenery shaped by volcanic forces.

Day 4 – Yellowstone to Cody

Continue exploring Yellowstone before traveling east to Cody, Wyoming, founded by legendary showman Buffalo Bill Cody. This classic frontier town offers a glimpse into the spirit of the American West, with rich cowboy culture and western heritage.

Day 5 – Cody to Mount Rushmore

Day 6 – Black Hills & Custer State Park

Day 7 – Badlands National Park
