Scenic Journey From Cape Town to Hermanus

Shark Safari
After breakfast, we’ll take you to Gansbaai Harbor to board our expedition vessel for an unforgettable adventure. In the company of marine biologists and a renowned shark expert, you’ll venture into these pristine waters to go in search of Great Whites and other species like the sleek copper shark. Learn about their predatory behavior as you watch these cunning carnivores engage with a seal decoy. The adventurous can don a wet suit for a cave diving adventure that will find you eye-to-eye and jaw-to-jaw with these fast and furious ocean predators! From June to November, southern right whales can also be spotted in these waters. Back at the Marine Hotel, your afternoon is free to delight in its spectacular setting overlooking Walker Bay.
